Agatha Christie themed wedding featured in Your London wedding Magazine

Murder on the dance floor – Feature in Your London Wedding magazine ♣ Congratulations Lucy & Joe! ♣

It was like opening a late Christmas present, when opening latest issue of Your London Wedding magazine. It’s just really nice to see one of your weddings printed as a feature.:)

I looooved shooting Lucy and Joe’s wedding – there’s just so much to capture when there is a theme involved. And how about an Agatha Christie theme for a wedding – with the reception venue just around the corner from Poirot’s head quarters?

It was an absolute treat to be selected to shoot a wedding with such a special theme!

Their whole day had so much to it – a beautiful “getting – ready – location” for Lucy and her bridesmaids, gorgeous modern church – St Peters in Notting Hill – the perfect reception venue which totally has the vibe of an old English, slightly Noir filmed movie – or an Agatha Christie episode (The Distillers), and lots of decor details bringing out their Agatha Christie theme. And Lucy and Joe are such great people so I’m really pleased that Your London Wedding magazine decided to choose their wedding for a feature!

Lucy’s interview was a really great read as well – with some good tips for other wedding couples. And what advice could be better than to just Relax and throw an excellent party ? Your wedding day can be such a stressful occasion – imagine – all the planning, finding the right suppliers, and then on the day: Worrying about whether everybody is having a good time, what can go wrong and are the rings where they should be… So I agree, just stay relaxed. If you are one of those people loosing sleep over your forthcoming wedding just “do a Lucy” – Focus and throw an excellent party!

The feature of Lucy and Joe’s Agatha Christie themed wedding is in the latest issue ( Jan- Feb 2013 ) of Your London wedding Magazine.
